1099 ProŽ contains ten built-in Access Groups. Each group contains the right to perform various tasks.

Administrators can use the Browse & Update Users screen to create users and assign them to specific tasks.

1099 ProŽ offers numerous reports to track users and access groups. These security reports are available only to administrators or users with administrative rights. All reports detail each user's User ID, Name and Phone.
