With our IRS Cartridge Conversion service, we will read your IRS 3480 Cartridge and convert all information
into a text file.
How does the service work?
After you receive a 3480 Cartridge from the IRS, simply mail it to 1099 Pro via a trackable means of
shipment. Use the following address:

You should include a billing address as well as an email address so that we may transmit the
converted text file.
Within three business days of receiving the cartridge, we will email a text file containing all
information contained in the cartridge. At that time we will bill you a flat conversion fee
of $110.00. The cartridge will be returned to you within two weeks.
