Download the XML template for exporting your data from Encompass. Save the
XML template called 1098_1099Pro_Report.xml to your drive in the following directory:
C:\EncompassData\Data\Reports
This is the default directory unless you have your Encompass data in a location other than the
default. If so you will need to adjust where you save this report. Once it is saved, it will be accessible
within Encompass in your Public report folder.
Right-Click on the icon above and select
Save Target As.
Then save to your
"C:\EncompassData\Data\Reports" directory on the
computer where your loan files exist. This will be your Encompass
Server if you are running Encompass in a connected environment. If
you have installed your Encompass Data to a non-default folder, you
should save this report to that location instead.
