statements and perform the state and federal filing functions yourself. At year-end,
you can print statements yourself or use 1099 Pro's print and mail services.
1099 Pro, Inc. is responsible for maintaining continuous operation of its data center and for
installing new versions of the software . Our personal will also assist with technical
and user related questions and issues.

monthly fee basis.
