Printing, Mailing, & Electronic Filing

Our Service Bureau can print, mail, and electronically file your forms using the built‐in features in our 1099 Pro software which will transfer your records to our secure SSAE 16 SOC I Type II environment for processing. All Electronic Filing customers have the option to participate in the IRS Combined Federal State Filing Program at no additional charge. To get an estimate cost, visit our pricing page.

How Does Print & Mail Work?

1. Import your records into 1099 Pro software.
2. Use the 1099 Pro software wizard to generate and upload your records to the Service Bureau.
3. Sign and fax/email your forms totals report to the Service Bureau for printing by the IRS deadline of January 31st.

How Does Electronic Filing Work?

1. Make any necessary or requested changes to your recipient data.
2. Use the 1099 Pro software wizard to generate and upload your records to the Service Bureau.
3. Sign and fax/email your form totals report to the Service Bureau to upload to the IRS/SSA FIRE site by the IRS deadline of March 31st.
4. The Service Bureau will notify you to confirm receipt and acceptance of your records.
