1. Ask your recipients to register on www.viewmyforms.com with their email address.
2. Import your records and recipient email information into 1099 Pro software.
3. Use the 1099 Pro software wizard to generate and upload your records to the Service Bureau.
4. The Service Bureau will notify your recipients that forms are available online AND print and mail forms to the recipients who have not opted into electronic delivery.

Web Presentment

With Web Presentment, the Service Bureau will print, mail, and make your recipient forms available to view online. The Service Bureau features a secure SSAE 16 SOC I Type II environment to ensure your information's security.

1. Ask your recipients to register on www.viewmyforms.com with their email address.
2. Import your records and recipient email information into 1099 Pro software.
3. Use the 1099 Pro software wizard to generate and upload your records to the Service Bureau.
4. The Service Bureau will print and mail your recipient forms and notify your recipients that forms are available online.
