I talked to Jake last night and he was able to solve my issue so I printed the forms for the IRS.
Next year, Iíll make full use of the Service Bureau, both for printing the recipient forms and filing electronically with the IRS.
When I look at my time, the paper costs, the paper jams requiring our IT time, and just the general aggravation, it makes no sense to try to do this process in house.

That was the most awesome customer service I have EVER received. She was pleasant and obviously knows exactly what to do to fix problems. After she fixed the problem, she asked if she could assist me with the next step and did it very quickly (would have taken me several hours to get it to work). I could not be more pleased with my experience. And by the way, I started the call off feeling frustrated and anxious, so Elsa got me from there to very happy. Well Done!

Lauren exceeded my expectations...she was fabulous. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone and was very friendly and very professional. When I called at 5:15 last night, I was not expecting to get her and I did and she was again extremely helpful and pleasant.
I really enjoy dealing with 1099Pro, I have been using your products & services for several years and it has always been a good experience.

Tina in the Service Bureau was able to recover our 2012 data and Elsa in Support assisted in rolling over to 2013. This will allow us to meet our deadline for printing and mailing. Our accounting manager left the company and this would have taken a large number of hours to recover without their assistance. Thank you both for taking such initiative to assist us in this critical time of need.
