Jake at 1099Pro was working with our IT department and I didnít know I could file electronically via the 1099 Pro Service Bureau and everything worked out perfect. Jake helped me through the whole process.

I want to compliment your great customer service in assisting me with the 1099 tax filings. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and patient as I worked my way through this process. It is refreshing to know that companies still value customer service.

I talked to Jake last night and he was able to solve my issue so I printed the forms for the IRS.
Next year, Iíll make full use of the Service Bureau, both for printing the recipient forms and filing electronically with the IRS.
When I look at my time, the paper costs, the paper jams requiring our IT time, and just the general aggravation, it makes no sense to try to do this process in house.
Again, thanks for your help through this year. Your help desk people are great.

That was the most awesome customer service I have EVER received. She was pleasant and obviously knows exactly what to do to fix problems. After she fixed the problem, she asked if she could assist me with the next step and did it very quickly (would have taken me several hours to get it to work). I could not be more pleased with my experience. And by the way, I started the call off feeling frustrated and anxious, so Elsa got me from there to very happy. Well Done!
